Engineering services are now underway at Grizzly Reservoir, located in Pitkin County, Colorado. Modifications are needed to address dam safety issues associated with the outlet works, steel facing on the upstream slope of the dam, and tunnel gates. RJH enjoyed our visit to Colorado State University and Canvas Stadium for CSU’s 2021 Career Fair on September 30, 2021. We’ve attended several CSU career fairs since the founding of our company and are fortunate to have several Rams alumni on our staff. Thanks to CSU for hosting us at another great event!

RJH enjoyed the opportunity to return to the University of Colorado Boulder on September 22, 2021 for the Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Career and Internship Fair. RJH engineers spent fall 2020 and spring 2021 performing levee inspections across Iowa, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota as part of an ongoing contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District. Blue Ridge Dam is a 167-foot-tall hydraulic earthfill dam located in Fannin County, Georgia. The dam is owned by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and has a storage capacity of 68,550 acre-feet. The primary spillway consists of eight radial-gated bays with a 192-foot-wide chute. A LiDAR scan of the spillway chute identified potential vertical offsets
