Construction of the Elwood Dam Rehabilitation project began in fall 2023. The project will address seepage issues at Elwood Dam, located in north central Gosper County, Nebraska, which are currently limiting storage levels. RJH led the design and is currently providing resident engineer services. Rehabilitation will include installation of a toe drain, weighted filter, and blanket drain. Construction is anticipated to be completed in summer 2024.
