Tracy Owen
Project Manager & Senior Engineer
About
Tracy has nearly 15 years of water resources engineering experience focused on dams, reservoirs, gravel pits, spillways, outlet works, and conduits. She has specialized experience developing hydrologic models for watershed evaluations and hydraulic models for floodplain and open channel applications. Tracy joined RJH in 2006 and has served in a variety of roles, ranging from Project Manager to Resident Construction Engineer.
Tracy graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Colorado State University with an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in hydraulics and hydrology. She is a registered professional engineer in Colorado.
