About

Tom is a Principal and Senior Project Manager specializing in project management and geotechnical engineering for earthen dams, levees, detention basins, water conveyance infrastructure, and geostructural applications.  Since joining RJH in 2006, he has successfully led projects with professional services budgets as large as $4 million and construction costs over $150 million.

Tom is very familiar with best practices in dam safety, and has participated in numerous inspections and risk assessments for critical facilities.  He also has experience working with state regulatory agencies to revise and modernize their dam safety rules and regulations.

Tom is a graduate of Brigham Young University with an M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He is a registered professional engineer in five states where we provide engineering services.
