About
Jackie specializes in geotechnical and geological engineering for dams and levees. She joined RJH in 2016 and has led complex geologic site characterizations and geotechnical investigations for both new dams and rehabilitation of existing dams, including drilling in dams with a full reservoir pool. Jackie has developed specialized expertise in levee safety inspections, having led or reviewed inspections for over 200 miles of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers levee systems.
Jackie graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Geological Sciences and Colorado School of Mines with an M.S. in Geological Engineering. She is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and a registered professional geologist in Wyoming.
