About

Doug is a Founding Principal and Senior Project Manager specializing in the design and construction of new dam and dam rehabilitation projects.  He has over 30 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and construction of embankment dams, hydraulic structures, roller compacted concrete dams, pipelines, and spillways.

Doug’s experience ranges from planning and alternatives analysis through development of final design documents, and resident construction engineering.  He has been the Design Engineer and Resident Construction Engineer for 20 major dam projects with construction costs ranging from less than $1 million to over $200 million.

Doug graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Colorado.
