RJH is happy to welcome Diego Saldaña Arce to our team! Diego has more than 20 years of experience in academia and consulting engineering with an emphasis in hydraulic and hydrologic engineering for dams and reservoirs. He has authored multiple journal papers and both chapters regarding the history of dam construction.
Diego was previously a civil engineering professor at the University of Burgos in Spain, and taught courses for water resources engineering, dams and reservoirs engineering, and hydraulics and hydrology. He earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the University of Cantabria in Spain in 2011, and completed his M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1995.
