RJH, as part of our on-call contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, is providing engineering services for Allen Dam in South Dakota. Phase 2 of the project includes developing pre-design studies and alternatives analyses to address internal erosion in the embankment and spillway headcutting. Limited design and construction documentation exists, and RJH will perform a geotechnical investigation program in 2023 to better understand site characteristics to inform a rehabilitation design.
