The rehabilitation of Elwood Dam is complete! RJH developed design drawings and technical specifications and provided construction oversight for this 118-foot-tall dam in Gosper County, Nebraska. Major design tasks included a subsurface investigation and seepage modeling to address seepage issues. The project included installation of a weighted filter system to manage seepage and allow the owner to operate the reservoir at intended levels.
