Mr. Neighbors has over 17 years of experience specializing in design of water resources projects and construction management. His experience includes evaluation and design of dams and hydraulic structures including outlet works and spillways. He has been resident engineer for dams and civil works projects up to a total construction cost of $40 million.
Mr. Neighbors’ responsibilities on these projects include the preparation of construction drawings and specifications and cost estimates. He has performed numerous construction supervision services for embankment and roller-compacted concrete dams, canals, roads, and buildings. He has directed several field engineers and technicians during construction and coordinated between the contractor, client, and permitting agencies, including the SEO. He has also performed geotechnical explorations for dams and buildings.
