Mr. Kadrmas specializes in water resources, hydrologic and hydraulic, groundwater, and pipeline engineering. He has worked as a project manager/lead hydraulics engineer in modeling, analysis, conceptual and final design, and construction of various new and rehabilitated and hydraulic structure dam projects. His dam engineering experience includes work on dams, reservoirs, gravel pits, spillways, outlet works, conduits, pipelines, and pump stations. His responsibilities on projects include all aspects of project management duties; development of reservoir routing, surface water and groundwater computer models; hydraulic evaluations, alternative concept development, layouts, and design of spillway facilities; and outlet works hydraulic evaluations, facilities layout and design; dam safety evaluations; preparation of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates; and the preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and manuals.
